As a Warehouse Loader, you are a crucial part of our operational backbone, ensuring that goods are moved, sorted, and prepared for dispatch or storage with precision. This is a physically demanding yet incredibly rewarding position that plays a direct role in our supply chain’s success. You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. While previous experience isn’t required, a can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team are absolutely essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload freight by hand or using appropriate material handling equipment (training provided).
- Accurately sort and organize goods within the warehouse according to company procedures.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during the night shift.
