Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Develop, optimize, and validate new analytical methods for material characterization and product quality control.
- Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, documenting findings in detailed reports and presentations.
- Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory instrumentation, including GC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support project goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with experiments or instrumentation and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
- Participate in scientific discussions and contribute to the intellectual property development of the company.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, Mass Spec).
- Strong understanding of organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
