Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead drywall installers with the preparation and execution of drywall projects.
- Help with the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of drywall sheets and materials.
- Measure and cut drywall panels to specifications under supervision.
- Assist in the installation of drywall sheets onto walls and ceilings.
- Learn and assist with taping, mudding, and sanding drywall seams and surfaces.
- Prepare work areas by covering floors, furniture, and other surfaces to prevent damage.
- Clean up job sites daily, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support the team with various tasks as needed to ensure project completion.
