You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including verifying order accuracy, carefully selecting items from inventory using our advanced scanning systems, preparing packages with appropriate dunnage to prevent damage during transit, labeling shipments correctly according to carrier specifications, and ensuring all outgoing packages meet our high standards for presentation and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and deadlines.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Inspect items for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Safely operate packing equipment and tools, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage.
- Communicate any issues or delays to appropriate personnel promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
