Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., ovens, mixers, proofers).
- Monitor baking processes to ensure products meet quality and consistency standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supplies.
- Package and label finished products for display and sale.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely production.
