Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert guidance on market trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, preparing reports and providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry best practices, labor laws, and recruitment technologies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Participate in business development activities to expand client base and identify new talent pools.
- Ensure all staffing activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal regulations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a staffing agency or corporate HR department.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
