Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies.
  • Take and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
  • Assist medical practitioners during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Manage patient flow and assist with appointment scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
  • Prepare and handle laboratory specimens as required.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment according to established protocols.
  • Provide patients with instructions as directed by the medical practitioner.
  • Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment.
