Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior coordinators with planning and logistics for various conferences and events.
  • Support the registration process for attendees, including managing databases and sending confirmations.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate services, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare event materials, such as delegate packs, name badges, and presentation aids.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including guest reception, directional assistance, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct post-event administrative tasks, including feedback collection and basic reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned event components.
