Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, courteously, and professionally, striving for swift resolution.
- Manage all guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the property management system.
- Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services in Sheffield.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their overall experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and protocols.
