Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced Probation Officers in managing caseloads, ensuring compliance with court orders and license conditions.
- Contribute to the assessment of risk and needs of individuals under probation supervision.
- Support the development and implementation of supervision plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date case records and documentation in line with policies.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Participate actively in team meetings, supervision sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend all mandatory training as required.
- Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to probation services.
