As a Night Shift Store Stocker, you will be the backbone of our store’s readiness for the next business day. Working primarily during the quieter evening and early morning hours, you will be responsible for meticulously receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries. Your main objective will be to ensure that our sales floor shelves are consistently stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing, reflecting the high standards of Hiring.zycto. This involves carefully moving products from the backroom to their designated spots, rotating stock to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage (where applicable), and assisting with inventory counts to ensure accuracy. You’ll also be instrumental in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized stockroom, which is crucial for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and unpack merchandise deliveries during night shifts.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products following established planograms and merchandising standards.
- Ensure products are accurately priced and clearly displayed for customer readiness.
- Rotate stock to maintain product freshness, prevent spoilage, and manage inventory effectively.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training will be provided).
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and operational policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve nightly operational goals and ensure store readiness.
- Identify and address potential hazards in the work environment to maintain a safe workspace.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
