Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, emptying trash, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities according to hotel standards.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items immediately to supervision.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Manage linen inventory and laundry services as required.
