Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various bakery items, following recipes and quality standards.
- Arrange and display baked goods attractively in display cases and shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with selections, answering questions, and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, display cases, and storage.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and finished products, reporting shortages to management.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries of bakery supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
