Job Description
Hiring.zycto is looking for a passionate and proactive Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic and fully remote team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design process for various digital products, contributing to the creation of intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with user research activities, contributing to wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and helping to maintain design systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and needs.

- Collaborate with senior UX/UI designers to translate user research findings and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all product interfaces.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve design quality.
- Support the preparation of design specifications and assets for development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of information architecture, usability principles, and visual design fundamentals.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and communicate effectively.
- A portfolio demonstrating academic projects, internships, or personal design work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
