Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and update stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of engaging product content, including descriptions, meta tags, and keywords for SEO.
  • Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, and website navigation in a timely manner.
  • Support the processing of online orders, returns, and exchanges.
