Key Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, both in-person and virtually.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer preferences and match them with appropriate vehicles.
  • Provide comprehensive demonstrations of vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities.
  • Master the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Skillfully negotiate sales terms and financing options to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and process all necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Actively prospect for new leads and follow up on existing inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay current with automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with specific automotive brands or luxury vehicles.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Multilingual abilities, an asset for Toronto's diverse clientele.
  • OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain it immediately.
