Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Accurately input and maintain data in various internal systems.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with preparing and organizing office documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide front-desk support by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
