Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard customers to participate in advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, and speaking engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer advocates, understanding their needs, challenges, and successes.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling advocate-driven content, such as written case studies, video testimonials, and quotes.
- Monitor online review sites and social media for positive customer feedback, engaging with advocates and leveraging their stories.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to integrate advocacy content into sales enablement materials and product development feedback loops.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of advocacy programs, demonstrating ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
- Organize and manage customer appreciation initiatives and events to foster loyalty and strengthen advocate relationships.
- Train internal teams on the value of customer advocacy and how to identify potential advocates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer advocacy and community building.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, community management, marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer advocacy platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
