As a School Secretary, you will be the administrative backbone of the school, managing a diverse range of tasks that ensure daily operations run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining organized records, coordinating communications, and providing essential support to the principal, teachers, and other school personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the school's front office, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, staff files, and other administrative documentation.
- Assist with student registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and school events, including managing calendars for school leadership.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other communications.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Provide administrative support to the principal, teachers, and other school staff as required.
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping as directed.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
