As a Gatehouse Guard, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, playing a crucial role in managing access control and providing a welcoming yet secure presence at this historic site. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the Montgomery's Inn property for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Greet visitors, provide directions, and offer assistance with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, including CCTV systems and alarm panels, as required after training.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
- Enforce property rules and regulations respectfully and effectively, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services as needed during critical situations.
