Hiring.zycto is actively seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team as a Gatehouse Guard at the prestigious Montgomery’s Inn in Toronto. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity designed for ambitious candidates with ‘no experience’ who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a secure environment.

As a Gatehouse Guard, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, playing a crucial role in managing access control and providing a welcoming yet secure presence at this historic site. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simple monitoring; you will embody the front-line ambassador for both Hiring.zycto and Montgomery’s Inn, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. You will learn to effectively monitor incoming and outgoing traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian, conduct regular patrols, and respond to any incidents with professionalism and adherence to established procedures. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining daily logs and incident reports, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and security intelligence of the site. If you possess a proactive attitude, a high degree of integrity, and a genuine desire to protect people and property, we encourage you to apply. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to build a career in security with a supportive company that values its team members and invests in their professional development.
