Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties across all stadium areas, including restrooms, concourses, and common spaces.
- Assist skilled trades with various tasks, including carrying tools, preparing work areas, and general labor support.
- Support waste management by collecting and disposing of trash and recycling, ensuring proper segregation.
- Participate in event setup and teardown, moving equipment and furniture as needed.
- Conduct routine facility inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to supervisors.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and maintain their proper function and storage.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
