Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow and assist department heads across various hotel functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales.
  • Learn and implement best practices in guest relations, conflict resolution, and service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings, contributing insights and learning about strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining hotel standards for cleanliness, service, and guest amenities.
  • Support administrative tasks, reporting, and inventory management as required.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance their overall stay.
  • Undergo structured training modules, leadership development workshops, and operational rotations.
