Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to lead our efforts in optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle for our fast-growing SaaS platform. This pivotal role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing scalable processes, systems, and data infrastructure to support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the architect behind our revenue engine, ensuring seamless operations, robust reporting, and actionable insights that drive sustainable growth.

You will be responsible for enhancing efficiency across all revenue-generating departments by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices. This includes overseeing our CRM and sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity, and developing comprehensive analytics to track performance and inform strategic decisions. Beyond day-to-day operations, this role requires a forward-thinking leader capable of anticipating future needs and proactively developing solutions that support our ambitious expansion plans. You will play a crucial role in forecasting revenue, analyzing pipeline health, and optimizing lead-to-cash processes, directly influencing our bottom line.

We are looking for a leader who can not only manage complex projects but also inspire and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently, expand into new markets, and maintain our competitive edge in the dynamic SaaS industry. This demands a deep understanding of the SaaS business model, coupled with a proven track record of optimizing revenue processes, managing technology stacks, and driving cross-functional alignment. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define key performance indicators, establish revenue targets, and ensure that our operational strategies are perfectly aligned with our overarching business objectives. Your strategic input will be vital in setting the direction for our revenue teams and ensuring they have the tools and processes needed to succeed. If you are passionate about leveraging technology and data to unlock revenue potential and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, Hiring.zycto offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on our success.
