Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and logically arranged for easy access.
- Replenish sales floor inventory from the stockroom, ensuring products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or expired products to management.
- Prepare merchandise for transfer or return to vendors, adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide support to the sales team as needed, assisting customers with product inquiries or locating items.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
