Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Sanitize and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, fixtures, and appliances using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Thoroughly clean and polish floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing), windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including intricate furniture, baseboards, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
- Empty wastebaskets, dispose of trash, and ensure proper waste management.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and yourself.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any needs for replenishment or repair.
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding cleaning needs, schedules, and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in residential or commercial deep cleaning.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning tasks.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, bending, kneeling) for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
- Effective communication skills in English.
