Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns from conception to deployment.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication strategies.
- Write compelling, clear, and concise email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates).
- Identify trends and insights from data, and optimize spend and performance based on these actionable insights.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry best practices, anti-spam laws (e.g., CASL, GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to develop integrated marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and proactively improve email deliverability and sender reputation through best practices.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and innovative best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or a similar dedicated email role.
- Strong proficiency with leading email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a demonstrated emphasis on conversion-focused messaging.
