Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the private household's daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
- Provide personal valet services, including wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and garment care.
- Serve principals and guests with professional food and beverage service, including formal dining, cocktail service, and event planning/execution.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.), ensuring high performance and adherence to household standards.
- Manage household inventories, including pantry, cellar, and luxury goods, ensuring optimal stock levels and procurement.
- Act as a liaison with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing household budgets, scheduling appointments, and overseeing mail/correspondence.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and maintain confidentiality regarding all household affairs.
- Anticipate the needs of the principals and proactively address potential issues or requirements.
- Oversee the care and presentation of art, antiques, and valuable collections within the residence.
Required Skills
