Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Lawrence Park North, Toronto. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources (HRIS, ATS, performance management systems, engagement surveys).
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to provide proactive insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business partners.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate custom reports to address specific business questions and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR teams to understand their data needs, define reporting requirements, and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems and reports.
- Present complex data and analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, utilizing data visualization tools.
- Support the development and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring data capture and reporting capabilities meet evolving needs.
- Stay current with best practices in HR analytics, data science, and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Analyst or Data Analyst role, specifically within Human Resources.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and strong data extraction skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Solid understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CHRP, PMP, HR Analytics certification).
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience in workforce planning and predictive analytics.
- Project management experience in HR technology implementations.
