This is an unparalleled opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in healthcare to step into a vital role, receive comprehensive training, and contribute directly to public health efforts within our welcoming clinic environment. We believe in nurturing talent and providing a supportive pathway for those passionate about serving their community.

In this essential role, you will be the friendly face and helping hand for individuals visiting our vaccine clinic. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient, from their arrival to their departure. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the organized flow of the clinic, reducing patient wait times, and providing a reassuring presence during what can sometimes be an anxious experience for visitors. This isn’t just a support role; it’s a front-line position where your kindness and efficiency directly impact patient comfort and the overall success of our vaccination programs.

You will receive thorough on-the-job training covering all aspects of your responsibilities, including patient check-in procedures, verifying appointment details, distributing informational materials, and guiding patients through various stages of their visit. Attention to detail and adherence to strict health and safety protocols are paramount, and you will be trained to uphold these standards rigorously. Beyond the practical tasks, you will learn invaluable communication skills, how to manage patient inquiries with empathy, and gain a foundational understanding of clinic operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine desire to help others. While no prior healthcare experience is required, a proactive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to punctuality are highly valued. Join Hiring.zycto and become an integral part of a team dedicated to making healthcare accessible, efficient, and compassionate. This is your chance to gain meaningful experience, develop transferable skills, and contribute to a healthier Edina community. We are excited to welcome individuals ready to learn and grow with us, making a significant impact from day one.
