Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general garden maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting.
  • Prepare soil for new plantings, including digging, raking, and adding amendments.
  • Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting any issues such as pests or diseases.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
  • Help with site cleanup, including waste removal and keeping communal areas tidy.
  • Support the setup and dismantling of garden infrastructure as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental best practices while on site.

Required Skills

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
