Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing guidance on programs, admissions, and campus life.
- Conduct engaging presentations and information sessions at high schools, college fairs, and recruitment events.
- Evaluate and process student applications, ensuring compliance with university admission standards and policies.
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand program specifics and disseminate accurate information.
- Utilize CRM systems to track applicant progress, maintain detailed records, and manage communications.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
- Assist in organizing and executing campus visit programs, open houses, and virtual tours.
- Provide expert advice on financial aid opportunities, scholarship programs, and payment plans.
- Contribute to the development of admissions marketing materials and digital content.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in higher education admissions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in university admissions, recruitment, or a related student services role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Slate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for recruitment events.
- Empathy and a student-centric approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Counselling, or a related field.
