As an Adventure Guide with Hiring.zycto, you’ll be the heart and soul of our guests’ exploration, from the bustling historic Distillery District to the tranquil Toronto Islands, and from the vibrant Kensington Market to the majestic waterfront. You will go beyond mere narration, curating experiences that delve into Toronto’s rich history, diverse culture, culinary delights, and hidden natural gems.

Imagine guiding a group through the labyrinthine streets, revealing architectural marvels and sharing captivating stories that bring the city to life. Envision leading a cycling tour along the scenic Martin Goodman Trail, pointing out unique art installations and explaining the ecological significance of Lake Ontario. Picture yourself facilitating engaging team-building challenges in a city park or leading a historical walk through the charming nooks of Queen West. This position demands a blend of expert local knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and an unshakeable passion for creating joyful, safe, and educational adventures.

You will be responsible for meticulously planning and executing daily itineraries, managing group dynamics with grace and professionalism, and ensuring every participant feels included, safe, and utterly captivated. This isn’t a desk job; it’s an immersive experience where your office is the city itself, changing with every season and every unique group you lead. We seek individuals who are natural storytellers, problem-solvers, and proactive leaders, capable of adapting to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive demeanor.

Hiring.zycto is committed to sustainable tourism practices and providing authentic, enriching experiences. We’re looking for someone who shares this ethos, someone who can represent our brand with integrity and passion, ensuring that every tour leaves a lasting positive impression. If you’re ready to transform ordinary visits into extraordinary adventures and contribute to Toronto’s thriving tourism scene, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us. Your expertise will not only guide our guests but will also help them fall in love with the vibrant spirit of our incredible city.
