Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all store operations, including sales strategies, inventory control, visual merchandising, and exceptional customer service standards.
- Lead, inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of associates, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance culture focused on achieving collective goals.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales targets, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing proactive strategies to achieve and consistently exceed ambitious goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, brand standards, and health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and efficient operation.
- Expertly handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure consistently exceptional service delivery and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular, accurate inventory counts, assist with timely ordering, receiving, and precise stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and optimize product availability.
- Actively contribute to efficient staff scheduling, conduct insightful performance reviews, and lead comprehensive training initiatives for new and existing team members.
- Maintain a consistently clean, organized, visually appealing, and inviting store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience.
- Support robust loss prevention efforts, implement security protocols, and maintain store integrity to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role (minimum 2 years).
