Key Responsibilities

- Learn and apply service standards for various event types, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support in supervising and training banquet staff during events.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, sales, and other hotel departments.
- Oversee the efficient setup, service delivery, and breakdown of banquet functions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
