Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
  • Operate cash register, process payments accurately, and handle cash.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age for all alcohol sales.
  • Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and common spaces.
  • Learn about new products and promotions to effectively inform customers.
  • Adhere strictly to all provincial liquor licensing laws and regulations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
