Key Responsibilities

  • Support housekeeping and property maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
  • Participate in inventory management for linens, amenities, and food supplies.
  • Shadow and learn financial management aspects, including billing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Contribute to local marketing efforts and social media engagement to promote the Bed & Breakfast.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve minor issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Understand and adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events or guest activities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
