Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
- Learn and execute breakfast service, from preparation and presentation to guest interaction and dining room management.
- Support housekeeping and property maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Participate in inventory management for linens, amenities, and food supplies.
- Shadow and learn financial management aspects, including billing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts and social media engagement to promote the Bed & Breakfast.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve minor issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Understand and adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or guest activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
