Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with vehicle preparation, dismantling, and reassembly tasks.
- Learn and perform basic body repair tasks including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures diligently.
- Support the team in various tasks to ensure efficient workflow in the body shop.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and seek opportunities to learn new skills.
- Inspect finished work for quality control under supervision.
- Transport vehicles within the premises as required (if licensed).
