Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with vehicle preparation, dismantling, and reassembly tasks.
  • Learn and perform basic body repair tasks including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures diligently.
  • Support the team in various tasks to ensure efficient workflow in the body shop.
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training and seek opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Inspect finished work for quality control under supervision.
  • Transport vehicles within the premises as required (if licensed).

Required Skills

  • Strong passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
