Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior Catering Managers in the planning and execution of catering events.
  • Learn and contribute to client consultations, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Help coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment.
  • Support inventory management for food, beverages, and catering supplies.
  • Oversee event setup, service delivery, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Supervise and train event staff, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event costs, revenues, and client feedback.
