Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Onboarding Specialist – Professional to join our growing team in Toronto. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through every stage of their integration process, from initial setup to full product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical and procedural information into clear, actionable steps, and anticipating client needs to proactively address potential challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, building rapport and trust from the initial interaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor onboarding plans to specific client requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and training on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed onboarding documentation, guides, and training materials.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks in the onboarding journey, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Track and report on key onboarding metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during the onboarding phase.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to ongoing product development and service enhancement.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Onboarding, Account Management, or Customer Success role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services, fintech, or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to client onboarding.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly French, would be an asset.
