Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, sales, finance, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into robust contractual terms.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing proactive advice and solutions to management.
- Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle management system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all contractual documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any deviations or breaches promptly.
- Develop and implement contract templates, guidelines, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
