Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and entranceways.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to immediate supervisor.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required, such as changing lightbulbs.
- Ensure all areas are secured and locked at the end of the shift.
