Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, building rapport and trust.
  • Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to identify potential risks and opportunities for engagement.
  • Provide timely and helpful support, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., product, support) to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Educate customers on new product features, best practices, and industry trends to maximize their success.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and strategic alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion or upsell and collaborate with sales when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and playbooks.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Document all customer interactions and account activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance CSM skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, even if not specifically "Customer Success."
  • Fluency in French or another additional language.
