Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally, maintaining presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, anticipating needs and addressing concerns proactively.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Restock server stations with necessary supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.

- Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
