Key Responsibilities
- Assist Delivery Drivers with loading and unloading packages safely and efficiently.
- Navigate routes and deliver packages to designated addresses under the supervision of a driver.
- Verify package contents against delivery manifests.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ensure the careful handling of all packages to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch regarding delivery status or issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle.
- Support the driver in planning and executing the most efficient delivery routes.
