Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store/location managers to achieve sales, profit, and operational goals.
- Oversee the operational efficiency and profitability of multiple locations within the assigned district.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to locations, providing coaching, feedback, and support to management and staff.
- Analyze financial performance, sales reports, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber talent, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage district-level budgets, inventory, and resource allocation effectively.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complex issues to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between district locations and corporate headquarters.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail or service operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
