Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming emergency calls promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately gather critical information from callers to assess the nature and severity of emergencies.
  • Provide clear, calm, and concise pre-arrival instructions to callers, including first aid or safety advice.
  • Utilize dispatch software and mapping systems to identify appropriate resources and assign them efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, actions taken, and dispatched resources.
  • Communicate effectively with emergency service personnel to relay vital information and updates.
  • Monitor ongoing incidents and provide support to field units as required.
