Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and liquid templates to meet client specifications.
- Implement and integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs to extend store functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Optimize Shopify stores for speed, scalability, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure UI/UX best practices and brand consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on all development work.
- Stay updated with the latest Shopify features, trends, and best practices in e-commerce development.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Shopify Developer.
- Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Sass), and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Shopify API integrations and custom app development.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Proven ability to optimize website performance and load times.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for a remote work setting.
Preferred Qualifications
