Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consult with clients to understand their concerns and goals.
- Develop and recommend personalized skincare treatment plans, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced treatments.
- Execute a variety of esthetic services such as waxing, threading, lash and brow tinting, and body treatments.
- Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance treatment results.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in treatment rooms and adhere strictly to sanitation protocols.
- Manage client records accurately, documenting services performed, product recommendations, and client progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques through continuous education.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and maintaining stock levels of professional and retail products.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their entire experience at our establishment.
Required Skills
- Nationally recognized Esthetician license/certification in the UK.
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) working as an Esthetician or Beauty Therapist.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of facial treatments, waxing, and skincare services.
- Excellent knowledge of skin biology, product ingredients, and common skin conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong sales acumen for product recommendations and service upgrades.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in specialized treatments (e.g., advanced peels, microneedling, laser hair removal).
- Experience with specific professional skincare product lines.
- Proficiency in using salon management software for booking and record-keeping.
