Key Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms according to specified layouts and standards.
- Distribute examination papers, answer booklets, and other authorized materials to candidates.
- Clearly and accurately read out examination instructions and announcements to candidates.
- Verify candidate identification to ensure the correct individuals are sitting the exam.
- Actively invigilate candidates throughout the examination, observing for any irregularities or breaches of rules.
- Respond to candidate queries in accordance with examination guidelines, without providing assistance with exam content.
- Manage and report any instances of suspected malpractice or technical issues promptly and discreetly.
- Collect and organize examination materials accurately at the end of the session.
- Maintain a silent and orderly examination environment.
- Adhere strictly to all examination board regulations and company policies.
