Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Translate high-level concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Oversee the execution of product launches, ensuring seamless delivery and user adoption.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Stay abreast of fintech trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates and challenges effectively.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in the fintech domain.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful software products, particularly in financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
